Even if at first I was a little perplexed by the reason that you could only contact him via WhatsApp, once I made the appointment and met him in person, I had to change my mind, since he is a very friendly, courteous, helpful, professional and honest person. , and he doesn't do this job just for money, but also for PASSION!! Giancarlo doesn't make a map, but he makes you the "MAP", based on your needs and driving style. My car, after the official update of the "house", continued to have problems with switching off at low speeds, high consumption, I had to downshift to face normal climbs. Giancarlo intervened twice: the first for the aforementioned shutdowns and high consumption, the second for a further upgrade (included in the price) to further improve consumption, explaining to me in detail and using language suitable for "mere mortals", all the interventions performed on the car; result... the car has gained two gears (even uphill), consumption has returned to normal and the shutdowns are an old bad memory.
